DCES Support Staff

 Students and parents are assisted daily by our friendly clerical staff. Carol Singletary serves as administrative secretary and receptionist. Cekeitha Davis is our secretary and Student Support Team clerk.  Yvette Kingdom, our bookkeeper, handles accounts payable and all money collected. Gladys Moore, our Student Information System specialist, registers students and handles all student records.

To register a new student in the Dooly County School System, parents must have the following documents:

  1.  Proof of age (usually a birth certificate)
  2. Social Security Number (card)
  3. Certificate of Immunization (Form #3231)
  4. Certificate of Eye, Ear & Dental (Form #3300)

In order to place a child in an appropriate class, we need a copy of the report card from the previous school and the most current CRCT scores.
