Ingredientes

  • 200 gramos de chocolate oscuro y amargo para postres.
  • 100 gramos de mantequilla sin sal .
  • 100 gramos de azúcar pulverizada.
  • 5 huevos
  • 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo para todo uso.

Preparación

  • Engrasar los moldes con mantequilla o antiadherente es spray.
  • Derretir en baño de María la mantequilla y el chocolate, hasta obtener una consistencia líquida.
  • Separar las yemas de los huevos para proceder a batirlas en un recipiente aparte, junto con el azúcar y la harina previamente tamizada.
  • Esto debe quedar como una mezcla cremosa. En un bol aparte batir las claras a punto de nieve.
  • Juntar todo en un solo tazón y mezclar hasta incorporar.
  • Verter la mezcla en moldes individuales para hornear, que hayan sido previamente engrasados. Llevar al horno precalentado durante unos 20 minutos a una temperatura de 180° C. Dejar enfriar durante un minuto antes de desmoldar.
